The Beginning of Idola Tingle

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the world of fashion, the art of drawing, and the tactile beauty of paper. These passions, combined with my love for scrapbooking and creative crafting, eventually came together in the most natural way to form Idola Tingle—a collection of uniquely designed paper dresses that I’ve been creating for years, even before I began sharing them online.

Each dress is a miniature piece of art, designed with care and individuality. I use a variety of materials like textured papers, washi tapes, rhinestones, glitter, and ribbons to craft fashionable designs that feel alive with personality. Whether it's a bold, glittering piece or something soft and elegant, I love experimenting with combinations that reflect different styles and moods.

The result? Stylish, whimsical wall decor that makes a statement in any space. These paper dresses are perfect for an office of a fashion lover, a child’s room full of imagination, or even a living room that appreciates a touch of unique artistry.

More recently, I’ve started designing my very own scrapbooking paper. Just like my paper dresses, these designs are born from a love of illustration and pattern-making. I use various techniques to bring them to life, from hand-drawing with watercolor pencils and markers to creating digitally. Each method allows me to explore new textures, styles, and moods, keeping the process fresh and exciting.

These unique papers often find their way into my dress designs. They’ve also become a product line of their own, available in my stationery section for others to enjoy.
